KEVIN KNIGHT

Owner

From a young age, I was always curious about how things worked. Whether it was taking apart a TV, a remote-control car, or eventually working on dirt bikes and cars as I got older, I was constantly learning by doing.

By the time I was 16, that curiosity had turned into a true passion. I started modifying my first car, and what began as a hobby quickly became something much bigger.

That passion led me to pursue a degree in Automotive Technology at Morrisville State College. While in school, I got my start in the industry at Bresee Chevrolet, working in the Collision Center sweeping floors and detailing vehicles. From there, I worked my way up, gaining hands-on experience and building my skills every day.

After earning my Bachelor of Technology degree, I continued growing within Bresee, eventually managing the Collision Center. When the company was sold, I expanded my experience into service advising at Performance Harley and later at Driver’s Village in the GM store.

When the opportunity came to return to collision repair, I stepped back into the shop as an A-Tech, continuing to refine my craft.

Now, with nearly 20 years in the automotive industry, I’ve achieved a lifelong goal — owning my own shop.

Outside of work, my most important role is being a dad to my three daughters. Spending time with them means just as much to me as working on cars, and they are a big part of what drives me every day.

Cars have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m truly grateful that something I grew up loving has become the foundation of my career.

My dad was a stock car racer and an elite automotive body technician here in Central New York, so I was around cars from the very beginning. Some of my best memories are the weekends we spent together — riding snowmobiles, 4-wheelers, and motorcycles, and being part of a tight-knit automotive community. That environment shaped not just my passion for cars, but also my appreciation for the people behind them.

Today, we’re proud to be building that business while raising our three girls, and it means everything to us.

For me, this shop is about more than just fixing cars. It’s about creating a place where people feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the service they’re receiving. I believe in clear communication, honesty, and doing things the right way — every time.
