Ten years ago I landed my first mechanic job prepping new cars for delivery to customers at Romano VW and very quickly worked my way up the ladder. I loved figuring out things I didn't quite understand, and worked my way into more advanced problems. My talent was quickly recognized by management and they started sending me to factory VW training where I learned core theory that further developed my knowledge and understanding of the VW/Audi brand. I passed certification for all of the specialty categories for VW, at which point, the only thing left for me to do was become a Master Technician. I earned my Master Technician status in 2015 by passing a proctored practical exam at VW's assembly plant in Tennessee. We were given 40 minutes to diagnose complex electrical bugs placed by the training staff on 5 different cars.
During my time at Romano VW, I met and married my wife. We bought a house in East Syracuse in 2010 and had our daughter in May 2014. I am thankful that my family has been so supportive of my dreams of owning my own shop. A&K Eurowerx has been a goal of mine for a long time so I'm excited to get started and impress my customers!

Growing up I was always intrigued by anything I could take apart from a TV, remote control car to dirt bikes and cars when I was a little older. By the time I was 16 I had a strong passion for cars and started modifying my first car, which quickly turned in to a hobby. My passion for cars and the automotive industry led me to my studies at Morrisville State College. While attending college I began working at Bresee Chevrolet in the Collision Center sweeping floors and detailing cars. After graduating with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Automotive Technology, I worked my way up to running the Collision Center at Bresee. When Bresee was sold I began Service Advising at Performance Harley and then at Drivers Village in the GM store. When the opportunity arose I moved back to collision repair and became an A-Tech. Now with more than 10 years in the automotive field it was time to make my all-time goal of owning my own shop come true.
Outside of work I enjoy my full time job of being Dad to my three daughters. Spending time with my wife and daughters is just as important and enjoyable as working on cars.
