WARRANTY

POLICIES

  • All vehicles must be registered and insured while on premises.

  • Once repairs are complete vehicle’s must be picked up within [2] business days; otherwise a [$35/day] storage fee will be added to your bill. 

  • Vehicle’s not picked up within [30 days] are subject to NYS Garage-Man lien. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  Do we provide estimates? 

  • Yes, on maintenance services, we are happy to provide an estimate. On auto repairs and diagnostics, we will need to see your vehicle in person in order to provide you with the best accurate estimate. Once we look over your vehicle and create a full estimate, we will then get your approval before any work begins.

  Do we offer towing?

  • No, but we do work closely with Stevens Towing 315-218-6909 .

  Are extended warranties accepted?

  • Yes, most extended warranties are accepted, but you may be subject to additional fees.   

  Do we accept customer supplied parts for repairs?

  • Customer supplied parts are not accepted unless prior authorization is obtained prior to the repair.      

  What types of payment do we accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards, cash, and bank checks. We do NOT accept personal checks, sorry for the inconvenience. 

WARRANTY

  • We offer a 12 month/ 12K mile warranty on all labor including OEM/ aftermarket A&K supplied parts for repairs. 

  • Performance and customer supplied parts are exempt from any warranty.
